This week, we’ve restored Enrich, refined onboarding, and resolved key issues to make your Zams workspace smoother and more reliable

Core Improvements

  • Zams Enrich Reliability: Enrich is now fully back online after resolving upstream API issues. It once again pulls accurate background and context data for people and displays the full profile UI as intended.
  • User Invite Flow: Streamlined onboarding loop now ensures invited users are properly guided through workspace setup and app connection.
  • Custom Integration Persistence: Custom app configurations and integration settings now save reliably without needing a manual refresh.

Bug Fixes & UI Enhancements

  • Fixed an issue where apps appeared “disconnected” inside chat even when active in Copilot view.
  • Resolved 500 error on the custom app update endpoint, ensuring smoother updates.
  • Shortcuts that weren’t correctly calling connected apps are now fully functional.
  • File tagging now works as expected across all connectors.
  • Fixed disappearing “droptags” in longer shortcuts for better workflow visibility.
  • Various minor UI polish and internal reliability improvements.

This week, we've introduced enhancements and fixes to streamline navigation, improve UI elements and ensure seamless integrations.

Core Improvements

  • Copilot as New Landing Page: The default Zams landing page now opens to the new Copilot view instead of the agent list, making it easier to run commands right away.
  • Invite Flow Improvements: Fixed and streamlined the Invite User process for a smoother team onboarding experience.
  • Model Update: Updated Claude Sonnet 4 as the recommended model for most sales-related use cases, delivering higher accuracy and better context handling.
  • Salesforce: Fixed intermittent connection issues and added a stable fallback mechanism to maintain continuous sync and reliability.
  • Grain: Resolved authentication errors caused by a recent AWS outage, ensuring consistent data access and uninterrupted automations.
  • Gong: Fixed an issue that caused incomplete data caching for new users, improving context depth and overall performance.
  • Slack: Resolved an authentication bug that prevented some users from completing OAuth setup successfully.

  • Ensured connected apps stay reliably linked — fixing cases where the LLM reported missing access even when connections were active.
  • Multiple apps can now run within the same command, enabling smoother, more complex automations.
  • Web search and app integrations now work together seamlessly for richer, real-time context.
  • Continued hallucination reduction across all integrations for more consistent and accurate responses.
  • Enabled web search in ambient agents for complex automation tasks
  • Added ability to download files from Dataspaces.
  • Salesforce: Added support for updating custom objects, expanding automation flexibility.

New Launches

  • Agent Templates: You can now start from ready-made templates to create agents faster and explore common use cases with ease.
  • Copilot Page: The Copilot input bar for running one-off commands now lives on its own dedicated page — giving you more space and focus when running quick tasks.

Improved reliability for Salesforce, Hubspot and Gong [Part 1/2]

This week we rolled out a new set of improvements and fixes designed to make your experience with Zams smoother, more accurate, and more powerful. This is Part 1 of the updates, Part 2 will roll out next week.

Core Improvements

  • Fixed hallucinations for Salesforce and HubSpot across all models.
  • Dataspaces are now global, so you can upload once, tag, and reuse across all agents without re-uploading.
  • Enhanced Gong integration and added a 2-hour window memory system to reduce hallucinations and ensure more accurate, consistent answers, specially for follow-up questions.
  • Improved the Z1 Engine to more precisely map and call the correct API endpoints within each app, delivering higher accuracy and reliability across all automated tasks.

New Launches

  • HubSpot Enhanced: stronger capabilities for retrieving emails and accessing nuanced HubSpot data.
  • Claude 4.5 and Citations in Chat features launched to select beta users; full rollout scheduled for next week.

Bug Fixes & UI Enhancements

  • Fixed Droptag selection bugs.
  • Added support for tables and accordions in the chatbox UI.
  • Sidebar thinking panel improved for easier reading and navigation.
  • Fixed issue where text in the thinking panel was cut off.

Zams is now publicly available We are excited to announce that Zams is officially live for all users. After months of private pilots and feedback from early customers, we are opening up access to everyone. With Zams, you can connect your GTM tools and run workflows in plain English. Automate busywork, sync data, and give your team more time to focus on selling. This release marks the beginning of a larger journey. We will be rolling out new integrations, advanced automations, and enhanced governance features in the coming weeks.
