We completely redesigned the onboarding flow and went live with Stripe for AI Worker subscriptions, making it faster and clearer to get set up on Zams.

New Launches

  • New Onboarding Flow: Completely redesigned the onboarding experience as a guided multi-step flow — Profile, Company, Discover (choose your AI Workers), Connect your apps, Worker-specific setup, Invite your team, and Billing — all in a clean, focused interface.
  • Stripe Billing in Onboarding: Stripe payment is now integrated directly into the onboarding flow, so new users can subscribe and activate workers without leaving the setup experience.
  • Pricing Page Signup: Users signing up from the website pricing page are now seamlessly carried into onboarding with their selected workers pre-filled.

Core Improvements

  • 7-Day Trial: Reduced the free trial from 14 days to 7 days, aligned with Stripe go-live pricing.
  • Billing-Exempt Organizations: Added support for billing-exempt domains that automatically skip the billing step and auto-complete onboarding.

  • Seat Management: Added user seat management for team workspaces, including the ability to add, remove, and track seats across your organization.
